What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. We provide tracking information via email as soon as your light fixture leaves our warehouse.
Do your pendant lights come with bulbs included?
To allow for personal preference in brightness and color temperature, bulbs are generally not included unless specified on the product page. Our fixtures are compatible with standard LED, incandescent, and halogen bulbs.
What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement. For change-of-mind returns, items must be in their original packaging and uninstalled.
Are your lighting fixtures adjustable for different ceiling heights?
Yes, the majority of our pendant lights feature adjustable cords or rods, making them suitable for both high vaulted ceilings and standard room heights. Specific maximum lengths are listed in the product specifications.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide detailed installation manuals with every purchase, we do not offer direct installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your lighting is installed safely and according to local building codes.
Is your lighting compatible with dimmer switches?
