At Luxe Pendant Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new light fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
